๐This week has been filled with an overwhelming sense of joy and accomplishment, a reminder of why I embarked on this teaching journey in the first place. As I reflect on the days that have passed, I am filled with gratitude for the experiences that allowed me to grow and connect with my students. Despite the inevitable challenges, including substitution classes and the many responsibilities that come with my role, I remained determined to approach each task with enthusiasm and dedication. My ultimate goal has always been to foster strong, positive relationships with my students, and this week, I saw firsthand how those connections fuel engagement and motivation in the classroom. I truly believe that the foundation of a successful learning environment lies in making students feel valued, seen, and heard.
